Ashlei Schade is a PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional in the Greater Chicago Area. An established leader with a proven track record of results, leading highly visible Enterprise initiatives by focusing on the people side of change to ensure benefits realization.

Creative talents and advanced proficiency with various multimedia platforms have allowed Ashlei to engage audiences with a wide variety of communication & training vehicles including cartoon animation, podcasts, blog posts, surveys, games and videos. Increased associate engagement partnered with unparalleled leadership and stakeholder management has resulted in delivering high impacting transformative projects in record time.

Driven and innovative, Ashlei has been recognized for researching and implementing new and improved ways to ensure and measure associate adoption. Helping key stakeholders understand the value of adoption and ensuring this is understood and considered throughout a project lifecycle has resulted in improved benefit realization and sustainment.

Currently, Ashlei is focusing her efforts on educating leaders and organizations on Organizational Change Agility, a transformational approach at gaining and sustaining results by improving readiness and response.

Personal life

Ashlei lives in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago with her husband, son and 2 dogs. When not spending time with family, Ashlei is dedicated to volunteering and supporting various organizations aimed at promoting support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families as well as organizations focused on providing opportunities and support for women in girls.

Ashlei is a two time survivor of a rare neuroendocrine cancer, malignant Pheochromocytoma. She contributes to various groups to raise awareness and provide support for this and other rare diseases.

Ashlei is an avid supporter of healthy lifestyles. Having struggled with her weight & infertility for most of her life, she finally found success in 2015, having lost nearly 80lbs, increasing her overall well-being and delivering a healthy baby boy. Ashlei is now using individual change management research and methodology to help others change their mindset and change their lives when it comes to behavioral shifts and overcoming barriers.
